We are committed to ensuring that your Paint2Fix order reaches you as quickly and efficiently as possible, no matter where you are in the world. That's why we exclusively use trusted express courier services, such as DHL Express and UPS, to deliver your products safely and promptly.

All orders are carefully prepared and dispatched from our warehouse within a maximum of two business days after your purchase is confirmed. We understand how important speed is when it comes to automotive care, which is why we prioritize fast handling times without compromising packaging quality or product safety.

Once your order has been shipped, the estimated delivery time is between 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location and local courier operations. In most major cities, deliveries often arrive even sooner.

You will receive a shipment tracking number immediately after dispatch, allowing you to monitor your package in real-time and plan accordingly. Should you encounter any delays or need assistance with your delivery, our customer support team is always ready to help.

At Paint2Fix, customer satisfaction is one of our top priorities. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy starting from the date your order is delivered to your address. This exceeds the minimum 14-day right of withdrawal provided under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU and applies to all eligible orders.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return or refund. To initiate a request, simply reach out to our customer support team via email at web@paint2fix.net or through our contact form. Our team will respond promptly with clear instructions on how to proceed.

Wichtig: Massanfertigung

Please note that all Paint2Fix touch-up paint products are manufactured specifically to your vehicle's color code at the time of order. As such, these products are considered custom-made goods and are exempt from the standard right of withdrawal under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c), which excludes goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

This exemption does not affect your rights in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products, which are covered separately below.

Fehlerhafte, beschaedigte oder falsche Produkte

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or does not match what you ordered, we will cover all return shipping costs and issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional charge to you. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with supporting photos and your order details.

Ruecksendekosten

For returns due to product defects, damage, or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs in full. For all other eligible return cases, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Erstattungsbearbeitung

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will issue your refund to the original method of payment within a few business days. You will be notified via email once your refund has been completed.

Farbabstimmung

We understand that every car is unique and, despite our extensive color database, there may occasionally be slight color variations. If you experience a color match issue, please contact us and send a photo clearly showing the purchased color alongside your car's official color label. Our production team will review your submission and communicate their decision regarding a refund or replacement as promptly as possible.

This review process is available even after the standard 30-day return window has passed. We are committed to finding a fair solution in every case.
